Formed in the early 1960s as 'Alcester Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society', Alcester Musical Theatre Company (AMTC) comprises a group of people who share a love for music, theatre and having fun.

 

We have a reputation for being a very friendly, relaxed but hard-working company that's committed to achieving high-quality performances. We also always try to give members as much opportunity as possible to develop their musical, dancing and acting skills within a positive environment.

Our main rehearsal night is Thursday, with principal rehearsals taking place on a Tuesday, and we generally put on two shows each year: a spring concert and an autumn musical.
